Building works are underway with completion expected in phases from November 2015 through to April 2016.
The improvements and extensions will include upgrade to all common area lobbies and the “Chill Zone” atrium on the 3rd floor. Lifts will also be replaced in phases to ensure minimum disruption to existing tenants and Fibre optic cabling will be installed for cost effective and lightning fast internet and data.
Part of the improvements to the common area will be a well-designed Coffee Bar which will be situated in the “Chill Zone” on the 3rd floor. Tenants and their clients will be able to purchase a good cup of coffee along with a light bite from this purpose designed space. They will then be able to sit and relax, whilst taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi access which will be available to all in this Atrium area.
