NPV propose extending its new Absa on Grove acquisition by 2 floors, providing an additional 3500m2 of A-grade office space. These offices will be of glass and steel, providing much natural light and mountain views into the extra high ceilinged premises.
Planning authorities from the City of Cape Town have granted approval and with the project now in its planning phase, building works are expected to commence in January 2015 with completion expected December 2015. Contract Value is estimated at R45 million.
