With Capitec occupying and expanding their Western Cape regional call centre operation within the BSE block, NPV felt it opportune to make improvements to the buildings. These included an upgrade to the common areas and replacement and refurbishment of the lifts in both A and B block.
With parking in the Bellville area being at a premium, NPV also opted to build a 4 storey, 590 bay parkade linked directly to the BSE block. Building works on the parkade, with a contract value of R50 million, commenced February 2013 and was completed February 2014.
